our services

where we can go

we are based in Mount Maunganui and as we are a mobile bar we are happy to come to you. Generally we service the Bay of Plenty area, but are happy to discuss the option of us going beyond this with you and can provide you with a quote.

our service

bar service or coffee caravan service - setup, pack down and clean up. We will set up an hour before your event starts to ensure we are ready as soon as you are. It will take us an hour to pack away after the event. This will be included in the quote.
we will take away bar rubbish: empty bottles, coffee cups, etc.

what you provide

alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for service (your drinks will need to be pre-chilled before we arrive).

you will also need to provide us with easy access to 6.0 metre x 3.0 metre flat hard ground to park our wonderground caravan for your function.

our equipment

glasses

Glasses available. We have Wine Glasses, Champagne Flutes and Highball Glasses (100 of each). Extra glassware is available if required.

kegerator

We have on board a two tap kegerator so you can purchase and then we can pour a 25L or 50L keg of either beer or cider. Or we can mix up your favourite mocktails in 2 x 19L kegs eg. Mojito, Margarita, Pina Colada (price to be advised).

fridges

There are two fridges on board as well as the kegerator (above).

espresso machine

Fracino 3 group espresso machine and our staff are trained baristas. We offer excelso coffee and a variety of quality Harney&Sons teas.

Below we have outlined our standard rates, however we understand each event can be very different so most bookings are organised on a quote basis. The caravan will always have at least one HUB staff member on board as we do not hire just the caravan alone.

Fridges to keep your drinks cool and a freezer for ice (ice supplied).

4 hour service - $1,090.00 excl. GST

6 hour service - $1,390.00 excl. GST

8 hour service - $1,750.00 excl. GST

All our prices include set up and pack down allowing an hour either side of service (eg. 4 hr service = approx 6 hrs on site).

wonderground caravan

We offer the coffee and tea service as an add on to our bar service packages at no extra site cost.

You can hire wonder ground just for coffee and tea at your event and there will be a one-off site fee of $220.

coffee & tea service

Qualified Barista(s).

High quality espresso machine.

Local & lovely excelso's stag blend coffee.

Eco-friendly coffee cups and lids.

Variety of classy & classic Harney teas and cold drinks.

Setup and pack down.

It works just like any other tab; you tell us how much you want to spend and we provide fresh espresso coffee to your guests until it runs out.

The minimum spend is $300 which can be spent on any of our drinks over two hours.

'good morning' brew package

For the morning after your big event. Coffee, Tea, Pastries.. can be provided.

We are happy to discuss options and prepare a package to suit your needs.

corporate & community bookings

We will work with you to find the best package to suit your event. Please contact us to discuss further.

Additional bar staff - $50/hr (for events over 100 people we will require a third bar staff member).
A fee of $250 per hour over and above the agreed hire time.
Additional travel, time and fuel (outside 20km radius of Mt Maunganui) $2.00/km each way (overnight charges may apply depending on the distance).
Bond required: a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Please note that due to a high demand for HUB Espresso Bar should you cancel your booking within 30 days or less of the booked date, no refund will be given.
We can go to most locations, however you are required to seek permission from the venue or land owners & obtain any relevant council permissions or permits. All licences required by your venue must be obtained by you.
Please note that if your numbers on the night are significantly higher than what was originally quoted for, there will be an additional charge of $120 per hour that will be added to your final invoice.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
